1 on 1 - Breakaways

First Day:
9:00 - 9:30 - Check-in
9:30 - 10:30 - Field Session
10:30 - 11:30 - Session focused on games

Typical Day:
9:00 - 10:00 - Field Session
10:00 - 10:30 - Core, Strength, Quickness
10:30 - 11:30 - Session focused on games
