Cost:       Early Team Fee - $600 per team if paid by May 1

                Regular Team Fee - $650 per team paid by May 15

                Individual sign-ups - $85 per player - you will be placed on a team

                Max 10 players per team – if you want more than 10 players, there will be an additional fee of $65 per player
